In this role, you will support the RFQ process by managing data, updating systems, and providing accurate reports to business partners. The position ensures that RFQ information is correct, timelines are met, and processes run smoothly. It also supports a work environment built on clear communication, trust, and reliable collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction, Consolidation, and Management: Run, download, and consolidate prebid reports from respective analytics sites as requested by Bid Management Team (BMTs)
• Data Review: Validate extracted data related to prebid reports such as requested product, data duration and account name
