The BI & Analytics Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving GEHC China’s data-driven commercial transformation. This position is responsible for building and leading the company’s unified BI and analytics framework — integrating data from multiple sources, designing standardized dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to enable strategic and operational excellence. The role serves as the key bridge between business and data, working closely with Leadership, BU, Marketing, Finance, and IT functions under the Central Data Team umbrella.
