About the Role

As a Business Analytics Specialist at Startek Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in driving datadriven
decision making for the company. This full-time position is based in Ara Damansara,
Selangor, and will involve leveraging your expertise in business analysis and data analytics to
uncover valuable insights and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: 
To translate large data to meaningful reports.
To work with various cross functional teams to gather data and convert it to dashboards/
productivity reports.
To prepare regular reports with accuracy.
Meet deadlines for all reports and dashboards.
To provide data in various formats excel, word and power point.
To maintain good typing speed and accuracy when working with numbers.
Proactively close data gaps if any in the process.
