Description:
The Sales Inbound role is responsible for managing customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience while driving sales outcomes. This role supports both existing and new customers by understanding their requirements and recommending the most suitable Dell products, services, warranties, and support solutions.
The ideal candidate will engage customers through inbound channels and, when needed, conduct follow-up outbound outreach to progress opportunities, resolve queries, and close sales. They will work in close alignment with internal teams and sales colleagues to support business goals and maintain strong customer relationships.
