The SPECIAL OFFICER to our president will be part of the chairman office and provide support to our chairman in the business and his work in trade associations and government liaison.

Working alongside the Personal Assistant of the chairman and Secretary of the chairman, the special officer will undertake research and special projects for the chairman, prepare presentations and proposals as directed by the chairman, assists in preparation for meetings and to follow up on projects and meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Co-manage the chairman schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Act as a liaison between the chairman and other staff members, government officials and association members, ensuring efficient communication.

Draft and edit official correspondence, speeches, and statements.
