Job/Person Summary

We are seeking to appoint a Special Needs Assistant to work with children across the school. This will be for 28.75 hours per week. You will be supporting children with learning and emotional needs both within the classroom and on a 1:1 basis. You may also support children with medical needs. In addition you will also work with a range of different groups in the year group supporting them in their learning. This is an exciting and challenging role within a supportive and understanding team of adults.

You will need:

• qualified to at least NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant field
• grade C/5 or above in GCSE in English and Maths
