Position Summary / Job PurposeAccountable for the POEA and Visa processing.
Responsible on the daily operational responsibilities of the POEA and Visa processing, including:
Ensuring that monitoring for POEA and Visa are updated;
Ensuring that POEA contracts and Visa of all crew members are timely released;
Ensuring that applications for visa are submitted to the Global Visa team on a timely manner;
Uploading scanned copies of visa in C-TRAC on a timely manner;
Ensuring that Visa of non-appointment CM¿s with complete documents are collated, processed and applied on time; and
Conducting Visa briefing on crew members.
