We are looking for someone to join our Adelaide Service team. As the Spare Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all spare parts and inventory for South Queensland.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Review and monitor stock variances ensuring to implement changes for future benefits.
- Manage and complete bi-annual stocktakes for the Spare Parts store, and as required, ensuring that it is completed with accuracy.
- Manage and effectively coordinate all spare parts sales, purchase orders, receipts and dispatch.
- Ensure transfers, invoicing and all parts related paperwork is processed.
- Liaise with Customers advising purchase order status, requests and expected delivery dates.
- Generate invoices for Parts Sales.
- Supervise and plan daily locker runs and co-ordination of the Parts Courier duties.
