Spanish-speaking HR Associate, HR Shared Service

We are looking for a **Spanish-speaking HR Associate, HR Shared Service** to join us in our People First Team in our **Budapest XIII. Váci Greens** office.

The Associate, HR Shared Service guides employees through their lifecycle at Ford by advising them in any HR matters and completing administrative tasks in the internal systems. Their goal is to ensure excellent customer experience, which includes phone and chat support, transactional processes based on our operational documentation and service promise in order to provide end-to-end customer care.

• Manage the incoming requests, chats and phone calls of our requestors in relation to any HR process and support the positive Employee Experience for our customers
• Our HR processes cover the whole Employee Lifecycle – from the hiring of new employees until leaving the Company – this gives opportunity to oversee different areas of HR and partnering with Local HRBP’s
