SGI Global LLC is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Spanish-English Interpreter to support the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in Mexico City, Mexico, which requires professional and administrative support services to work with the U.S. Foreign Assistance Program to Mexico.
INL Interpreter
Qualifications:
+ U.S. citizen or Mexican citizen.
+ Spanish FSI level 4.
+ English FSI level 4.
+ Bachelor's degree in interpretation, translation, linguistics, international relations, or a related field; or a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in interpretation/translation, preferably in law enforcement, legal, or technical settings.
+ Demonstrated experience providing simultaneous and consecutive interpretation in high-pressure, technical, or law enforcement environments.
