Overview

Spa manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa services, including salon, skin care, reservations, front desk, stocks and overall guests' experiences.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the performance of employees
• Ensures all products supplies of spa is sufficient for its daily operation.
• Managed spa's operation to achieve the goals with the budget allocated.
• Good & presentable to handle hotel guests.
• Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Solicits employee feedback and identify employees problems and concern.
• Assist Director in managing the daily operation of the spa.
• Good knowledge on social media promotion to promote the sales.
• Skill on the beauty consulting is advance or relevant customer service.
