Sow Line and Transplant operator

Role Overview

Juniper Tree Nursery is seeking a skilled and motivated candidate to join our team as a Sow Line and Transplant Operator. This role is based at the Juniper Tree Nursery, located at 201 Southwest Road, Juniper, NB. The operator will use state‑of‑the‑art equipment to produce 25 million high‑quality seedlings annually.

Responsibilities

• Operate a TTA Flex planter equipped with automatic grading.
• Support the operation with equipment such as forklifts and material handlers.
• Operate sowing equipment, including seeders and soil loaders.
• Support the site in other roles when required.

Qualifications

• All training will be provided to successful applicants.
• Previous experience in a greenhouse, forest nursery, sawmill or manufacturing facility considered an asset.
• Good dexterity and eyesight.
