Sous Chef Opportunities | Melbourne Venues
Australian Venue Co is looking for talented Sous Chefs to join our Melbourne kitchen teams across premium venues such as Garden State Hotel, The Gardiner Hotel, and The Hawthorn Hotel.
We’re after passionate leaders who can support their Head Chef in running busy, dynamic kitchens while delivering exceptional food experiences.

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen or pub setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

A hands-on approach with excellent organisation and attention to detail
