Role Overview
The Sous Chef supports the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the daily running of the lodge kitchen. The role focuses on supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and consistency, and ensuring guests receive a high standard of dining across all meal services.

Kitchen Operations
Assist with the daily operation of the kitchen
Supervise line cooks and kitchen staff during service
Ensure all dishes meet required standards for quality, presentation, and taste
