About the Role
Sous Chef Luxury Safari Lodge KwaZulu-Natal Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the pre-opening team of a luxury Big 5 safari lodge. The successful candidate will support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, supervise kitchen staff, and deliver exceptional five-star cuisine and dining experiences for international guests.
