About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Full Time Sous Chef to join the team at The Grand Hotel in Frankston. If you’re all about good food, good people and a bit of controlled chaos â we’d like to hear from you.
Join a busy and dynamic kitchen where no two days are the same. As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead daily operations, deliver consistently high-quality food, maintain safety and compliance standards, and create great experiences for our guests. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll play a key role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and a passion for great food are at the heart of what we do.
The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston, the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula.
