:Working closely with the Head Chef, the Sous Chef will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities include service leadership, team supervision, stock control, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. You will be hands-on during peak periods and instrumental in developing junior chefs.Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP experience in high-volume venues * Ability to lead kitchen service and support the Head Chef operationally * Solid understanding of food safety, compliance, and kitchen procedures * Strong communication and team development skills * Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
