Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our fine dining restaurant in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As the second-in-command in our kitchen, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to create exceptional culinary experiences for our discerning guests.
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing Room service & Fine Dining orders & operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Develop and implement innovative menu items, focusing on both local and international cuisines
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain excellent culinary standards
- Manage food cost control, inventory, and kitchen budgets
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance guest satisfaction and address any culinary concerns
