The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging
qualified candidates to support recruitment efforts. This role utilizes various
sourcing channels and tools to build candidate pipelines and collaborates with
recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.

**What You Will Do**

· Use job boards, social media, networking, and direct
outreach to source potential candidates.

· Develop and implement sourcing strategies for open
positions.

· Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and
future roles.

· Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to
understand position requirements.

· Track and report on sourcing metrics and effectiveness.

· Support diversity and inclusion sourcing initiatives.

· Stay updated on industry sourcing trends and best
practices.
