Develop and maintain strong relationships with EMS/ODM suppliers; define and validate manufacturing processes.
Drive continuous improvements in processes, products, and interfaces.
Oversee EMS development, manufacturing, and repair activities.
Manage daily business with EMS/ODM suppliers, focusing on quality, yield, and efficiency.
Implement and follow up on engineering change orders.
