Sourcing Manager

Position Overview:

As a Sourcing Manager , your primary functions will be to achieve financial plans by partnering with headquarter counterparts, cross functional teams, and business partners through product life cycle management for assigned categories and geographic markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach vendors/factories throughout product design and development to ensure risk assessment, risk resolution, and capacity planning are focused, vendor/factory Matrixes and planning are aligned with sourcing strategies, and new business opportunities are identified.
• Conduct costing & negotiation with all components, and in country market intelligence analyzed to drive optimal results.
• Manage E2E program and vendor/factory execution by collaborating with cross functional teams for any potential issue resolutions, ensure contingency plans are in place and ensure sourcing cycle is followed responsibly and ethically. <...
