About the Role
As a BOM Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving cost savings across the Bill of Materials (BOM), managing supplier relationships and risks, and ensuring the effective implementation of procurement control plans and procedures. You will play a key role in optimizing procurement efficiency and supporting the company’s strategic sourcing initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for routine and ad-hoc procurement projects to secure the best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Enforce procurement policies and ensure all purchases comply with requirements.
Support procurement activities, including payment term negotiation, contract management, and vendor performance monitoring.
Benchmark and formulate procurement strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Stay updated on procurement trends, best practices, and supplier information.
