We are a privately owned Finnish premium boat manufacturer, with headquarters in Finland and production facilities across Europe. Over the past years, the company has produced several thousand boats and today employs hundreds of people across its European operations.

We are looking for a SOURCING MANAGER!

The company is growing rapidly, and sourcing plays a critical role in cost, quality, lead time and production stability. As Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing across assigned categories: building and developing the supplier base, leading RFQs, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring supplier readiness for new projects and volume ramp-ups across European production entities.
