Reports To: Local management and Global Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

The Sourcing Engineer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers to ensure the timely and cost‑effective procurement of materials and components. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand technical requirements, negotiating contracts, and optimizing the supply chain to enhance efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
