Sourcing Coordinator

Overview: Responsible of assisting the Strategic Sourcing Leader in the Global/Regional Sourcing Supply Base Strategies, focusing on critical components related to Specific Commodities.
Responsibilities:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide the organization with productivity and cost saving projects to meet and/or exceed the annual objective.
- Execute sourcing strategies under the guidance of the Strategic Sourcing Manager in alignment with Global Supply Manager.
- Maintain the MRP System (SAP) database with any commercial term such as; price, incoterm, payment term and conditions for new and current parts.
- Develop new vendors for Tijuan plant, in alignment with Global and Local sourcing Manager.
- Coordinate quality and engineering approval for new samples.
- Assure Global Sourcing procedures for integration of new supplier/part is followed.
- Support Purchasing Area in expediting activities.
