We're changing the way people view customer care, and we need your help 
We're looking for a temporary Sourcing Associate for a 3-month contract to build candidate networks through various sourcing techniques (including social media) and work effectively with our internal and external partners. 
As Sourcing Associate, You Will… 
Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns through our social media and various other platforms 
Process and track applicant job submissions 
Source and generate candidate leads to ensure current hiring requirements are obtained 
Manage sourcing channels: online, referral programs, external events and vendor management 
Create strategies to meet partner requirements 
Conduct & request tests needed for hiring  
Recommend ways of improving recruiting process 
Participate in job fairs & hiring events
