About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Analysis
· Support the creation of tailored CX, BPO & tech-enabled solutions based on client requirements.
· Analyze workflows, volumes, forecasting data, SLAs & operational constraints to build viable and scalable delivery models.
· Assist in developing AI/automation opportunities across conversational AI, workforce intelligence, quality automation & analytics.
2. Proposal & Documentation Support
· Draft solution decks, transition plans, workflow designs, capability summaries & operational models.
· Prepare RFP/RFI responses with clear, concise & client-aligned narratives.
· Consolidate technical inputs from product, operations, WFM, QA & IT teams.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
· Coordinate with Operations, Workforce Management, HR/TA, Technology & Quality teams to gather data and validate solution components.
