Solutions Engineer

Role Summary

The Solutions Engineer supports the design, configuration, and implementation of end‑to‑end technology solutions that meet customer operational and business needs. This role works closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering groups to translate requirements into practical system configurations, validate feasibility, and ensure smooth deployment. The Solutions Engineer plays a key role in technical scoping, integration, testing, and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and configuration of customer‑specific solutions from concept through deployment.
• Translate customer workflows, operational requirements, and constraints into implementable technical specifications.
• Develop solution diagrams, technical documentation, data flows, and operational concepts (CONOPS).
• Collect and document system requirements, assumptions, performance considerations, and acceptance criteria.
