Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discussions, discovery meetings, and requirements analysis with prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and configuration specifications.
• Assist sales team in evaluating options and framing competitive solutions.
• Conduct live product demos, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical walkthroughs.
• To perform other duties related to his job as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors/College Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical support.
• Requirements gathering and solution mapping
• Effective client communication and relationship management.
• Assisting in system deployment, configuration, and go-live support.
