Position Summary: The Solutions Engineer, Senior is the primary technical resource for the field sales force. The role actively drives and manages the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, acting as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products alongside the sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team (Account Executives and Major Accounts) in completing RFP/RFQ bids.
- Perform discovery, analysis of business needs, and definition of client requirements in conjunction with Account Executives to determine technical requirements for project work, and ascertain fit and suitability of our other products, including managed services, within the client network.
