Lead the creation of a comprehensive end‑to‑end detailed solution with overall accountability for the technical design and delivery. Design, develop, and deliver Java/Spring‑Boot applications, including RESTful APIs, Kafka and MQ integration, and ORM with Oracle/DB2. Document detailed solution designs within SDS and ensure alignment with the broader technical environment, standards, and best practices. Coach, educate, and monitor the work of others; mentor junior team members on software development and Agile practices. Participate in complex applications and systems development, propose solution options, and generate stakeholder support.
