About the Role
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise solutions (Routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, SASE, SD-WAN, Contact Centre etc)
- Lead and coordinate technical teams to deliver proposals and bid responses
- Ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and delivered on time
- Work with internal teams, vendors, and partners to align solutions with market capabilities
- Stay across industry trends and provide strategic insights to customers
- Strong solution architecture expertise across enterprise technologies (Routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, SASE, SD-WAN, Contact Centre etc)
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, strategic technology solutions
- Experience leading large bids, proposals, or RFT responses
- Strong commercial understanding, including risk, contracts, and ROI
