About the Role

Our client is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices provider. 
Description of Duties and Responsibilities
Taking charge of the intelligent O&M solution project delivery and pre-sales support, including requirement survey, solution design, test case design, service commissioning, and system rollout. 
Communicating with customers regularly, understanding customer feelings and pain points, clarifying business solutions with the customer, outputting system solution design, and pushing the implementation of requirements.
Summarizing the project, refining best practices, and sharing knowledge.
Proposing DFX requirements for promoting product improvement during project delivery to improve delivery efficiency.
