Solutions Architect Manager (Cloud)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of senior solutions architects, providing expertise, technical guidance, support, and career development opportunities.
• 2. Strategy Development : Contribute to the development and implementation of cloud strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
• 3. Customer Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• 4. Sales Engagement : Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, identify and qualify opportunities, and respond to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring to develop tailored cloud solutions to meet customer needs and compliance to service levels, security standards and best practices.
• 5. Services Scope Creation : Create scope for professional, support and managed services.
• 6. Cost & Price Modeling : Create models for capex or opex.
