About the Role

Job Description
Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from onboarding through adoption and expansion.
Proactively engage with client-side technical stakeholders to understand their infrastructure, digital transformation goals, and success metrics.
Lead technical workshops and deep-dive architecture sessions to align Insider solutions with client business objectives.
Run pilots and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate business value and drive successful production rollouts.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing use, in close collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.
Escalate and manage technical blockers efficiently, facilitating solutions by leveraging cross-functional expertise.
Advocate for customer needs and business use cases within the Insider product team.
