Solution Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Technical Implementation & Support
Execute baseline configurations and deployments following SOPs.
Perform L1 incident response, diagnostics, log collection and escalate as required.
Proactive conduct daily monitoring, health checks and preventive maintenance.
Support Managed Services operational tasks including checklists, service logs and patch validation.
Execute QA & testing tasks following standard checklists.
Maintain accurate issue logs and report recurrent problems to seniors.
2. Customer Coordination & Communication
Provide customer updates under supervision and log requirements accurately.
Participate in customer calls for technical updates and requirement clarification.
Prepare customer presentations, technical reports and troubleshooting summaries
3. Collaboration with Senior Engineers, Specialists & Architects
Work with CDM/SDM to align on operational expectations.
