About the Role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Technical Implementation & Support
- Execute baseline configurations and deployments following SOPs.
- Perform L1 incident response, diagnostics, log collection and escalate as required.
- Proactive conduct daily monitoring, health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Support Managed Services operational tasks including checklists, service logs and patch validation.
- Execute QA & testing tasks following standard checklists.
- Maintain accurate issue logs and report recurrent problems to seniors.
2. Customer Coordination & Communication
- Provide customer updates under supervision and log requirements accurately.
- Participate in customer calls for technical updates and requirement clarification.
- Prepare customer presentations, technical reports and troubleshooting summaries
