Job Description
The Solution Designer is responsible for defining, validating, and governing end-to-end solution designs, ensuring that technical, operational, security, and service management requirements are fully integrated prior to implementation and transition to production. The role aligns architecture, processes, and readiness criteria across projects, operations, and service management to enable stable, compliant, and scalable services.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end technical and service solutions, covering architecture, integrations, configuration structures, and operational workflows.
Define and validate operational requirements including monitoring, availability, continuity, capacity, and service levels.
Assess changes and releases for impact, risk, and operational readiness prior to go-live.
