In this role, you'll play a key part in configuring the Sharedo platform to meet our clients’ unique business needs. You'll work closely with both clients and partners—helping them understand how to use the platform’s tools effectively and empowering them to manage their own configurations. This is a client-facing role, so strong communication skills and a consultative mindset are essential. You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their goals, set up workflows, design forms and templates, and deliver hands-on training.
