Solution Architect - Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead presales, solution architecture, and project management for our Egypt office. This role will play a critical part in driving customer success, technical excellence, and delivering outstanding projects.

Responsibilities

• Presale function:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose Atlassian-focused solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops tailored to client use cases.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals that align with customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about the latest Atlassian tools, features, and integrations to advise clients on the best-fit solutions.
