Our Solution Architects play an instrumental role in the pre-sales process; the solutions provided set the tone and expectations for the engagement. Clients partner with dedicated Solution Architects who have solutioning expertise and hands-on industry knowledge for NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and reconstruction needs. This role requires the ability to actively listen, empathize, explain, influence and negotiate while understanding client needs and providing advice to deliver the right technology results.
