About the Role

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer with a PhD and extensive expertise in large language models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and flow engineering. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong technical background but also the drive to mentor and educate our machine learning team and advocate for the adoption of new and emerging technologies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive innovation as a technical leader, build strong relationships and ensure the successful development and deployment of LLMs

Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to integrate our LLMs into various applications and workflows, providing technical guidance and support as needed

Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the performance and effectiveness of our LLMs in various applications and workflows
