- Designing technical solutions that covering client’s needs and requirements
- Analyzing the technology environment
- Participating and leading workshops at customer premises for efficient gathering of technical requirements and performance of technical trade-off sessions
- Gathering and documenting requirements
- Preparing technical deliverables including software development and VV plans, performing and overseeing validaton and verification activities in-house and at customer premises
- Leading, managing and developing software development teams in terms of technical, business and soft skills
- Leading project teams
