Who we are looking for:

The Wellington Corporate team is searching for a motivated Solicitor or Senior Solicitor. Ideally, you will bring 2+ years’ experience in corporate transactions covering mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raisings, joint ventures and/or corporate restructurings.

Utilising your skills and genuine passion for this area of law, you’ll enjoy working closely with our diverse client base that includes privately owned and listed companies, financial services firms, fund managers, start-ups, and international venture capital funds, on a range of complex and interesting matters.
