This role offers the opportunity to work on high‑quality corporate transactions for a varied client base, including owner‑managed businesses, corporates, and investors, with increasing responsibility and client exposure.
About the Team
The corporate team is led by two partners and two legal directors, all of whom trained and practised at leading City firms and bring deep technical expertise across a broad range of transactional work. The senior lawyers work closely with the wider team, creating an environment where junior lawyers benefit from high‑quality City‑style work and direct partner exposure. The team is supported by two associates and a paralegal, offering opportunities for a junior lawyer looking to build strong foundations, take on responsibility early, and progress in a collaborative and ambitious practice.
