Role: Debt Recovery Solicitor (adult social care fees)

£££: £60 - £70 pr hr DOE

Our local government client is seeking a specialist debt recovery solicitor to join their team. This role is to manage a full caseload of adult social care debt recovery files. Given the Mazur ruling, candidates must hold a current practising certificate and be a qualified lawyer.

The role will entail working solely on debt recovery matters relating to adult social care. Daily duties will include:
