About the Role
- Admin level Knowledge of Solarwind modules like NPM, NTA, SAM
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management disciplines of Configuration, Change and Release Management
- Solarwind version installation/upgrade, Renewal of Licenses
- Troubleshooting knowledge of Solarwind Monitoring
- Understanding of Network Protocols like SNMP, SYSLog, Trap, NetPath etc.
- SNMP Monitoring, Agent based Monitoring
- Experience with fine tuning of Alerts
- Configuration of existing as well as new Nodes in Solarwind
- Overall Managing service availability of Solarwind Application
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Linux OS, AIX OS & Networking
- Day to day monitoring of devices in Solarwind application
- Report Management like CPU, Memory, Volume utilisation and Availability
- Agent Installation on Servers
- Knowledge of SNMP Protocol
