About the Role
- Install hybrid solar systems (including inverters, batteries, panels) according to company protocols and safety standards.
- Assist in site surveys, take accurate measurements, and provide technical feedback for system design.
- Perform wiring, earthing, and system integration for hybrid and on‑grid solutions.
- Configure and optimize IP65/IP66 hybrid inverters with latest settings.
- Stay updated on new technologies in solar batteries and hybrid inverter systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of existing installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues such as inverter errors, wiring faults, and battery problems.
- Educate school on system operation, monitoring tools, and basic troubleshooting steps.
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate via email for project updates, issues, and resolutions.
