Solar pv construction manager

We’re looking for a hands‑on Solar PV Construction Manager to lead on‑site delivery of solar projects across South Africa. You’ll manage construction teams, subcontractors, quality, and safety and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard. Duties & Responsibilities Lead on‑site construction for Solar PV projects
Manage electrical & mechanical subcontractors
Keep projects on schedule and to spec
Ensure quality, safety (OHSA), and SANS compliance
Review drawings and support commissioning & handover
Report progress to the Project Manager Skills & Experience: Strong leadership and site management skills
Solid understanding of Solar PV installations
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Detail‑driven, proactive, and solution‑focused
Experience on commercial or utility‑scale PV projects (advantageous) Qualification: NDip / Trade Electrical
