Software Training Specialist (IAM)

We are looking for a Software Product Training Specialist with 2-4 years of experience designing and delivering training for software products. You will enable customers and partners to successfully deliver and use our solutions, with a strong functional focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will create scalable learning content, run live sessions, and continuously improve learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training: live remote sessions, workshops, webinars, and asynchronous e-learning.
• Build and maintain learning assets: slide decks, training guides, labs, FAQs and videos.
• Translate Soffid concepts into clear, practical training (Installation, Architecture, Data Model, Security Model, Provisioning and Governance).
• Partner with Product, Support and Sales/Pre‑sales to align messaging and address learning gaps.
